By using our cab booking service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all bookings made through our platform and govern the relationship between users, drivers, and the company.
Please review these terms before confirming any ride. Use of the service implies acceptance of all current terms and policies.
- Accurate pickup and drop-off details must be provided while booking.
- All bookings are subject to driver availability and system confirmation.
- Fares shown are estimates and may vary due to route, time, traffic, surge pricing, waiting charges, and applicable taxes.
- Only one additional stop is allowed per booking, and it must be located between the pickup and drop-off points.
- Cancellations or no-shows may result in applicable service fees. The company also reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time in case of operational, safety, or policy-related issues.
- Cancellations are free until a driver accepts the booking. Once a driver has accepted, a penalty fee will be applied to the customer's next booking, and the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option will be disabled for that customer until the penalty is cleared.
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for any items lost or damaged during the ride.
- We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
- Riders are expected to behave respectfully with drivers and follow all safety instructions. Any abusive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior may lead to ride cancellation and/or suspension of access to the platform.
By completing a booking, you agree to act responsibly, follow safety guidelines during the ride, and comply with local laws. The company reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the most recent terms.
